This role is focused on Aha! Builder — our new PM coding tool that creates prototypes and business applications using AI. You will help drive success for a fast-growing product in one of the most exciting areas of software today.

Our marketing team is a highly collaborative group of experts across campaigns, content, creative, knowledge base, and product marketing. We are responsible for driving growth — there is no sales team.

We move quickly and hold ourselves to a high standard. We are curious about our market, customers, and products. And we take pride in clearly communicating the value we deliver.

We are power users of our own software, specifically Aha! Roadmaps and Aha! Teamwork. We work within North American time zones so we can support one another and do our best work together.

Our programs

The product marketing group is responsible for communicating the unique value of our products and services. We own a broad range of activities — from managing weekly go-to-market launches to hosting live product trainings and producing tools that support our Customer Success team.

We work hard to champion our products across different channels. We are deadline-driven and hold ourselves to exceptionally high standards. And we are always seeking to deepen our customer, marketing, and product understanding to showcase how our software helps teams succeed.

You

You have a track record of bringing innovative B2B SaaS products to market in highly competitive environments. You know what it takes to drive interest in emerging categories. You think strategically about positioning and differentiation while executing fast with exceptional attention to detail.

You are a storyteller at heart. You are skilled at turning complex capabilities into compelling messaging that resonates with product builders and achieves results. Ultimately, you care deeply about helping customers thrive.

You love being at the forefront of new technology. You use AI every day and are excited about how it is reshaping product development.

You also have:

  • Seven+ years of experience in product marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company

  • Experience defining differentiated positioning and messaging for a new solution in a rapidly evolving market

  • Deep familiarity with the product development domain and curiosity about the evolving ways modern teams build software

  • Strong history of delivering high-quality launches and content (e.g., blogs, videos for social media, website content, live trainings, and success stories)

  • Proven success driving acquisition from awareness to trial conversion

  • Enthusiasm for driving social conversations and participating in online debates

  • Worked collaboratively with a product and broader marketing team to drive interest and adoption

We offer comprehensive benefits — including profit sharing — and aim to provide equivalent coverage for international teammates.

  • U.S. base salary range: $120,000-$160,000, plus profit sharing

  • Retirement contributions: Percentage of total pay, contributed monthly

  • Medical, dental, and vision: Many teammates are covered at 100%

  • Paid time off: Up to 200 hours off per year

  • Parental leave: 30 to 90 days, plus paid care/bereavement leave

  • Learning stipend: Up to $1,000 annually, plus paid learning time

  • Volunteer opportunities: Available throughout the year

Base salary and total compensation are dependent upon many factors, including skills, experience, and relevant past roles.
