Define when you are free

Create a custom scheduling page. Set the working hours, buffer times, and booking windows for your study based on your preferences. Select your Google Calendar in the Availability dropdown, or include multiple calendars if you need to coordinate research with other teammates. This ensures your scheduling page only shows times that someone on the team is free.

Schedule interviews instantly

Share your scheduling page so it is easy for participants to find a time that works for them. When an interview gets booked, everyone involved gets a calendar invite. The event stays in sync even if details change — so everyone has the latest information.

Derive key learnings

Use the AI assistant to uncover insights from every conversation, generate a high-level summary, and detect the overall sentiment. Capture key moments with highlights and turn the most impactful ones into video clips. Then, connect the important takeaways directly to your roadmap.

Follow these steps to get started:

  • Go to the User menu -> Settings ⚙️ Personal Meeting services and link your Google account to Aha! Discovery

  • Choose your access level:

    • Read and write: Check for busy times and automatically add new calendar events when interviews are booked

    • Read only: Only check for busy times; interview details are emailed to you instead

  • In your study's scheduling page, select the researchers with Google Calendar integration to check for availability
